Is there a per-user charge?
No. Each plan includes a number of users.
How many photos can we store?
Photos are compressed automatically before upload, to about 350 KB each with no visible loss. That is about 3,000 site photos on the 1 GB plan, 9,000 on 3 GB and 15,000 on 5 GB. Quotes, invoices and receipts do not use storage.
Will the software keep improving?
Yes. We release improvements regularly, and they appear in your account automatically.
