Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Nithyam Software ("we") and the business that signs up for Nithyam Software ("you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. The service

Nithyam Software is an online CRM for managing enquiries, follow-ups, site visits, quotations, bookings, invoices, payments and teams. We improve it regularly; features may be added or changed over time.

2. Free trial and plans

• New accounts get a free trial with all features. No card is needed.
• After the trial, plans are prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months at the prices shown on our website at the time of payment. Prices include the number of users and storage of each plan.
• If a plan is not renewed, the account becomes read-only: your data stays and can be viewed, but changes are paused until you renew.
• Payments are not refunded for a period already started, except where the law requires.

3. Your account and your team

• Keep sign-in details private. You are responsible for what your team members, agents and partners do in your account.
• You decide what each person can see, and you can deactivate anyone at any time.

4. Your data

• Your business's records belong to you. You can download them to Excel at any time.
• You confirm that you have the right to store the personal data of your buyers and customers in Nithyam Software, and that you will use it lawfully, including for calls and WhatsApp messages.
• We process your records only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

5. Fair use

Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content, attempts to break its security, or to resell it without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that do so, after notice where possible.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but it is provided "as is" and short interruptions for maintenance can happen. Documents the service produces (cost sheets, letters, agreement drafts, tax amounts) are aids: please check them before use and take professional advice where needed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time. We may end the agreement if these terms are broken. Before closing an account we give you a chance to download your data.

8. Law and disputes
